What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain, optimize and troubleshoot control systems for slag grinding plant operating vertical mill, including automation & instrumentation eg RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure transmitter, draft transmitter, Proximity switches, flow transmitters, load cells, solenoid valves etc.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and updates.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of Variable frequency drives, PLC’s and SCADA.
  • Train and support Maintenance staff.

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in control systems software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Know how of various communication protocols e.g. IP, Profibus, Modbus, IO, OFC etc.
  • Preferred: Experience with Allen Bradley PLC (RS Logix 5000 / 500), Rockwell (Factory Talk View SE), and Multilin (Enervista 469/750) software and hardware, Microsoft suite and IT support experience.
