Cushman & Wakefield is hiring for our Financial Compliance Analyst role. Job duties include performing internal control audits or reviews, performing assigned testing, reporting, and documenting test results. In addition, this role with support the Financial Compliance program and Asset Services Management.


Job Description:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly testing related to business process controls, information technology controls, and other controls and processes as necessary to evaluate compliance with SOC1 controls.
  • Manage simultaneous audits as assigned and complete required audits within the scheduled time frame
  • Maintain documentation of audit and review activities
  • Identify potential exceptions and report, escalate, and remediate as required
  • Work with various levels of management in accounting, operations, and IT for all relevant service lines
  • Provide regular updates to compliance management regarding status and results of audits
  • Use established Compliance policies & procedures to work under limited supervision and to provide assistance to department processes
  • Perform special projects and assignments as required

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree


Experience:

  • 1-2 Years relevant audit or financial accounting experience preferred, but not required
  • External or internal audit experience at a CPA firm or publicly traded company preferred, but not required


Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate preferred
