The Senior Call Center Agent - Sales Support provides vital services to Business Consultants, ensuring efficient establishment and servicing of merchant processing accounts. Excelling in communication through phone, chat, and written requests in a fast-paced environment, they aim to deliver quick and accurate information and resolutions. They keep updated on the latest products and technologies, ensuring current knowledge of company implementations and changes. Sales teams rely on them for detailed knowledge of policies, procedures, and client operations. Acting as liaisons between Business Consultants and other internal departments, they gain familiarity with various business aspects.
What you will do:
- Provide first-level support to Business Consultants, including SMS partners, for pre and post-boarding phone support.
- Communicate effectively via phone, chat, C30 Inquiry point, and email in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver quick and accurate resolutions, ensuring information provided is precise and within current policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and company implementations and changes.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company policies, procedures, and client operations.
- Act as a liaison between Business Consultants and other internal departments, gaining familiarity with various business aspects.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support role in a fast-paced sales environment.
- 3+ years of experience in effective communication via phone, chat, and email.
- 3+ years of experience in providing accurate resolutions within company policies and guidelines.
- 3+ years of experience maintaining detailed knowledge of company policies and client operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
- 3+ years of experience acting as a liaison between business units and internal departments.
- 3+ years of experience with merchant processing accounts.
- 3+ years of experience using CRM software like Salesforce.
- 3+ years of experience with C30 Inquiry point or similar tools.
