What does a successful Customer Success Program Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Customer Success Program Manager you will focus on client implementation and relationships, executing existing processes as well as developing new ones to solve complex implementations and problems. You will ensure customer satisfaction, and support the testing and operational processes necessary for a seamless go-live experience. You have strong project management skills and are experienced managing a cross-functional programs across various product and customer types.
What you will do:
- Oversee the complete operations lifecycle, including the implementation of products across all Data Commerce Solutions verticals.
- Conduct thorough needs evaluations with clients to understand their environment and set realistic expectations.
- Manage the complexities of implementations, ensuring 100% efficiency and meeting all client requirements.
- Proactively manage and mitigate reputational risks while maintaining Fiserv's esteemed reputation.
- Work closely with the technology team to ensure all configurations and testing are completed successfully.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage all aspects of implementation, testing, and go-live processes.
- Develop detailed project plans, including configuration setup, testing schedules, and go-live activities.
- Implement strict testing discipline, ensuring transparency and adherence to schedules and protocols.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years in project management and or customer operations with a proven-track record of solving complex implementation problems.
- Experience working with APICloud Data Sharing, Data integration and data delivery.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in fraud detection, financial services, consumer transactions, or consumer payment systems.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
