What does a successful Vault Associate do at Fiserv?
You will join the team at our Shoreview, MN location and receive training on how to fulfill personalized credit/debit card orders. You will perform basic order picking and quality checks to ensure the correct fulfillment based on the order ticket request.
What you will do:
- Use RF scanner to pick personalized credit/debit card orders
- Checking counts with the use of basic math to make sure the order is correct
- Match batch ticket on screen to order and balance sleeve and bulk inventory
- Take rejected or defective cards from embosser to get the newly corrected one back
What you will need to have:
- Experience using a computer for data entry
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to perform basic math for order picking
- Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often
What would be great to have:
- A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience
- 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment
- 1 year of experience in operating production machines
Important info about this role:
- Compensation is $ 20.00 / hour
- You will work an assigned schedule of: Saturday & Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday & Tuesday 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts
- Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
