What You'll Be Doing
- Operate yard loader to move and load materials efficiently.
- Maintain equipment to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate material handling.
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and site regulations.
What Are We Looking For
- Operate a gasoline or diesel powered loader for loading materials
- Make and repair roads
- Level stripping banks and stock piles
- Perform lubrication, inspection, and preventative maintenance duties necessary to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition
- Perform miscellaneous job duties as requested.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
