SVP, Sales, International, Freewheel
Job Summary
Freewheel seeks a Senior Vice President of Sales, International, FreeWheel, based in London, UK, reporting directly to the Managing Director of Comcast Advertising International. In this role, you will be responsible for FreeWheel Technology revenues internationally; you will also be responsible for leading the development and execution of revenue generation initiatives across our diverse international markets. You will collaborate closely with the CCO of FreeWheel and the executive leadership (“FreeWheel ELT”) to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and expand market share globally.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Revenue and Sales Leadership
Develop comprehensive revenue generation strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, and market penetration strategies.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion efforts to maximize lifetime value.
Cross-Company Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (and US revenue leaders) including marketing, product, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and synergy in revenue generation efforts.
Identify and evaluate new market and product opportunities, overseeing market entry strategies and expansion plans to drive revenue growth in targeted regions.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, clarity of role and support to achieve team and individual goals.
Foster collaboration and education across a cross-functional group of sales leaders and account executives, aligning incentives and value proposition.
Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the global sales organization.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, while proactively managing risks associated with revenue generation activities.
