What You Will Do:
You’ll lead the architecture and development of fast, scalable, and SEO-oriented web apps using React and Next.js.
You’ll roll up your sleeves and write high-quality code to solve complex problems across performance, rendering, and interactivity.
You’ll help us scale to 200,000+ merchants and millions of users while keeping the experience smooth and snappy.
You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features that users love.
You’ll guide our team on technical best practices, code structure, and performance tuning.
You’ll mentor mid and junior engineers, helping them grow while keeping our engineering standards high.
You’ll make decisions that shape the future of our front-end architecture, tools, and workflow.
You’ll lead by example, promoting clean code, testing, and thoughtful design patterns.
What You Will Need to Have:
5+ years of front-end development experience with a strong focus on React and Next.js and other modern frontend technologies.
Deep knowledge of server-side rendering, static generation, and dynamic routing in Next.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), with solid TypeScript experience.
Strong understanding of performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and building for scale.
Advanced CSS skills, with experience in frameworks like Tailwind, SASS, or CSS-in-JS.
Experience writing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
What Would Be Great to Have:
Experience deploying on platforms like Jenkins, Argo or building CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive web design.
Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and collaborating closely with design teams.
