The Application Administration Consultant in the Client Advisory Services team at Fiserv is a critical role within a group of Subject Matter Experts supporting various product lines. Your primary focus will be on enhancing performance, learning, and interactions between the Client Care team and our valued clients, partners, and consumers. This role presents a unique opportunity for you to utilize your strategic planning skills and client engagement expertise to drive success, ensure quality service delivery, and bolster overall client satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify their objectives and provide customized suggestions and solutions aligned with their needs.
- Lead training sessions and facilitate best practice discussions with client groups, both onsite and virtually, to enhance their understanding and utilization of the Premier Core system.
- Review processes and workflows to ensure deposit products meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Document all activities, challenges, and resolutions in a client-facing operational format, offering follow-up support and fostering strong client relationships.
- Communicate customer suggestions for product enhancements and oversee proper handling and follow-up by relevant teams.
- Simulate or recreate customer issues to effectively resolve user operating difficulties.
- Engage with other department personnel to address problems or inquiries, provide technical assistance, and ensure proper resolution handling.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Client Partners to monitor service delivery and product performance.
- Participate in continuous training to attain the technical expertise required to address complex challenges effectively.
- Actively contribute to team efforts in developing training materials, client presentation methods, and internal Client Care administrative processes.
- Perform any other duties necessary to enhance client advisory team success.
What You Will Need To Have:
- 2-3 years of experience with Fiserv Premier applications, particularly in Application Support such as Integrated Teller & BPM, Director, Security Control Modules
- 2-5 years of banking operations/back office experience.
- Three years of client/customer service support experience.
- Training experience is a plus

- Proficiency in FISERV Premier applications to ensure excellent client support.
