KBR's corporate HR department is currently seeking a Global Benefits Lead/Supervisor to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet regularly with HR and business leaders to understand business priorities, benefit/rewards gaps and their people priorities. Partner with business HR teams to identify and implement solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, emerging practices and identify opportunities to enhance global offering in alignment with our global reward strategy.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness, utilization and costs related to global programs.

  • Ensure vendor adherence to service contract and service levels.

  • Partner with US benefit team on shared programs.

  • Oversee global vendors and programs on day-to-day basis. Support and manage administration of global benefit programs.

  • Partner with HR, Legal, Business Leaders, Health & Safety, Global Mobility, HRIS and IT on global benefits matters.

  • Supporting marketing and communication activities related to global program to create awareness and understanding across our global population including developing and delivering content in virtual and in person meetings.

  • Work with global consultant and local HR teams on renewals to understand and promote benefit offerings in line with our global strategy.

  • Implement new vendors and programs from end-to-end participating in RFP process, implementation project management including change management, follow up after installation to audit for problems internally and externally to our systems and processes.

  • Resolve complex / escalated employee, claim and eligibility issues with HRIS, process and vendors.

  • Track HRIS issues including, but not limited to, working with internal teams to resolve interface file problems to determine the root problem and prevent recurrence.

  • Supports annual open enrollment, operative planning and testing activities as needed.

  • Making adjustments in SAP and ADP systems for benefit deductions.

  • Presentations to employees in-person or holding calls and presence at employee meetings, as needed.

  • Reporting and special projects as they arise.

  • Support in preparation of regulatory documents including Form 5500’s, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), Summaries of Material Modifications (SMMs) and Summary Annual Reports (SARs) as needed.

  • Continued training on systems and technical skills associated with position.

  • Demonstrate professional ethics and compliance with regulatory requirements for Health & Welfare.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree

  • 5-7 years minimum benefits experience and minimum of 3-5 years global benefits experience

  • Experience managing and implementing vendors, programs and coverage lines

  • Solid project management skills

  • Analytical skills required

  • Good understanding of regulatory compliance requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

  • Microsoft Office skills required: Intermediate level or better for Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Ability to learn systems quickly such as HRIS and related payroll programs, Workday experience a plus

  • Commitment to ethics in representing department to internal (employees) and external customers is required

  • Problem solving and collaboration skills are critical and experience collaborating in a multinational setting is preferred.
