Description: You will be an Integration and Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire in Grand Prairie, TX, supporting the fabrication and testing of subsystems in laboratory and field environments. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful integration and testing of complex systems, and as a System Integration and Test Engineer, you will play a key role in this process.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the integration and testing of subsystems, including lab management, coordination with suppliers, test procedure development, and test execution. You will work closely with other engineers, quality teams, and suppliers to ensure the successful testing of subsystems and systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lab management and organization, assisting the lab manager as needed
• Coordinating with suppliers and procuring test hardware
• Supporting test asset and materials logistics between labs and test facilities
• Developing and reviewing test procedures, and supporting test readiness reviews
• Participating in subsystem and system testing, including data collection, processing, and reduction
• Supporting tethered flight tests in the field

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM), with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience with a related Master’s degree -- or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with common lab equipment: DMM, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies
• Familiar with uncommon lab equipment: milliohm meter, igniter tester, spectrum analyzers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work well in a team environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
