Job Description:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Application Penetration Testing Senior Manager to lead and manage the Application Penetration Testing Team. In this role, the Senior manager will manage the engagement and delivery of application penetration testing services in the production environment. Additionally, the senior manager will engage stakeholders on emerging threats and risks while enabling strategic technology strategies in Artificial Intelligence and Cloud environments.
Application Security enhances the ability of the development organization to consistently deliver highly functional applications that are secure and resilient against attack. We develop policies, processes, controls, and tools to proactively embed security into Wells Fargo-developed applications.
In this role, you will:- Manage and develop a geographically dispersed team of highly specialized individual contributors as they perform application security penetration tests
- Partner with CIO teams and cyber defense to ensure penetration test coverage
- Advance penetration testing methodologies and research to be in line with emerging threats and the technology strategy
- Provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Maintain an advanced awareness of bank security policies, government regulations pertaining to information security, and evolving cyber attacks
- Formulate and implement information security solutions and controls
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding changes to information security policy, standards, and procedures as needed for systems, applications, and tools
- Lead complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more business lines
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals
- Mentor and guide talent development and develop a hacker culture
Required Qualifications:- 6+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 3+ years of Penetration Testing Leadership experience
- 1+ years of application security experience
Desired Qualifications:- 3 + years of hands-on penetration testing experience
- 2 + years of Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) experience
- Experience leading Dynamic Analysis Security Testing (DAST) engagements
- Knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies, including information security frameworks, standards and best practice
- Professional certifications align to Application Pen Testing like, CISSP, CISM, GWAPT, GPEN, GXPN, GMOB, BSCP, or OSCP
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Ability to work onsite in the office in a hybrid model.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
