In this role, you will:- Support senior managers in the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
- Help monitor KPIs and generate reports to evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to budget tracking, resource planning, and operational efficiency projects.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation efforts.
- Help manage timelines and deliverables for ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Prepare management presentations
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay Range:$76,300 - $135,700 USD Annual
