In this role, you will:- Function as primary escalation partner supporting the Local Support Model, Senior Leadership, and Platinum Council Advisor Teams.
- Responsible for assisting to resolve Excellence First and Loudspeaker submissions from the field.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for the Local Support Model.
- Partner with Product Teams to stay ahead of updates as well as raise hand when issues arise through escalations.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Provide inbox support for Client Link application
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications - 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 2+ years of Financial Services Industry experience
- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage industry: products, services, operational policies, and procedures
- Experience resolving escalated and/or complex issues
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced action-oriented environment
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
