What does a successful WAN Process Engineer do at Fiserv?
As a crucial, self-directed, and highly autonomous networking professional, you will work collaboratively with network engineering, client service, sales, application, and development teams to design, implement, and automate new strategies for the Enterprise Network.
What you will do:
- Design, implement, and automate new methods for the Enterprise Network.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering, Client Service Partners, Sales, application, and development teams.
- Provide top-tier network project management and support.
- Develop best practices and refine operational procedures.
- Maintain and ensure network performance stability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Document network designs, processes, and configurations effectively.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to interact efficiently with management, peers, and customers.
What you will need to have:
- 7+ years of experience in providing network project management in a collaborative environment.
- 6+ years of experience in supporting small, medium, and large-scale networks.
- 6+ years of experience in network design, implementation, and automation.
- Proven experience in developing best practices and refining operational procedures.
- Current Fiserv systems experience.

- Experience interacting with management, peers, and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience.
