About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a
Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive National Sales content and communication strategy for all of WIM with a primary focus on the weekly calls and email content distribution. You will work closely with leaders across all levels of the organization to drive meaningful engagement, ensure consistent messaging, and deliver high-impact content that will drive sales and deliver results.
In this role, you will:- Lead complex initiatives for business development including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning initiatives and growth opportunities in assigned markets
- Review, analyze, and research complex, multi-faceted business challenges within Business Growth Strategy functional area which require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Identify and select best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplaces to meet the unique needs of customers
- Ensure adherence with compliance regulations and policies within Business Growth Strategy functional area
- Make decisions on complex and multi-faceted development and growth strategies for designated markets requiring solid understanding of Business Growth Strategy functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead team to meet business objectives, deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy mid-level to senior managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, brokers, business leaders, and community leaders, including internal or external customers, to resolve issues, achieve growth in market share, and meet customer needs; serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Strong understanding of the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Business
- Strong lens on risk with established key relationships across WIM
- Partner well with compliance, legal, and WIM Centers of Excellence to ensure quality of calls.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate urgency and project management on assigned tasks
- Effective critical thinking, communication, and credible challenge skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across organizational levels/groups, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, with the ability to manage live calls, coordinate presentations and drive seamless collaboration across a national audience
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities, tasks, and complex projects while meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Series 7 License
