About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking
a Senior Human Resource (HR) Operations Representative to support the
Separations Services team. The role works closely with internal stakeholders such as HR Operations, HR Consulting Partners, Employee Relations, Compliance and Legal teams.
In this role, you will:- Responsible for delivering on Separation Services processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Leading logical conclusions to inquiries
- Executing against required data received and record maintenance
- Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
- Use process expertise to resolve escalated complex issues, in a timely manner
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes
- Understand and adhere to functional policies and procedures
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to stakeholders
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers and provide quality service
- Receive direction from managers and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Work with leaders and team members at all levels and across functional lines.
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
Desired Qualifications:- 3+ years' experience in working knowledge and with HR policies and procedures.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using ServiceNow system and/or case management systems for case assignments
- Experience with Agile methods and tools; including Jira
- Experience executing operational processes and case management
- Experience customer service skills; with a strong ability to handle difficult stakeholder's inquiries
- Good analysis skills: ability to review, analyze, summarize and report control performance
- Ability to assess current processes/procedures and recommend efficiency improvements
- Experience with Workday
