About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Talent and Performance Management Consultant (Sr Business Execution Consultant) to support the Executive and Manager Development team in Talent Management and Learning (TML). Successful candidates in this role will be positioned for continued career growth in Talent Management and Learning.
In this role, you will:Support the Executive and Manager Development team running project and program delivery logistics and related processes to support the implementation of executive programs and events. The role will collaborate and consult with HR business partners, OC level executive administration teams, Executives, Meeting & Events, TML leaders and clients to support completion of key deliverables:
- Coordinate scheduling with speakers for Executive Development sessions by partnering with OC executive assistant teams to ensure clarity on speaker prep and scheduling
- Provide advance communications to Executive Assistants on upcoming events and registrations.
- Develop executive level materials and roadshows decks to support program socialization.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to draft executive communications for programs and events.
- Manages relationships with OC level executive assistants to coordinate registrations and attendance for executives at sessions; Manages registration changes for the events with assistants
- Monitor attendance and support reporting
- Be onsite support for executive level sessions and programs (in-person and virtual).
- Support questions from the Executive Education mailbox from executives and assistants.
- Support in coordinating vendor management process for team.
- Partner with Meeting & Events on Executive and Manager Development events.
- Create Executive-ready post-program summary/feedback updates.
- Run and interpret Workday reports and perform data analysis to support decisions: manipulate data, do pivot tables, V-Look Ups data comparisons etc.
- Help document, assess, evolve and improve upon processes and tools to enable and measure talent outcomes.
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience managing key stakeholders at senior levels in the organization.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise wide programs or multiple LOB
- Experienced communication skills with senior level leaders and administrators.
- Experience with either Project Management or Program Management.
- Experience or knowledge of HR/Talent Management.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, web portals and other digital communication channels.
- Experience developing executive-ready presentations.
- Provides attention to detail with accuracy in work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience maintaining confidentiality while working efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.
Job Expectations:• Position Location Charlotte, NC.
• Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement and at times need flexibility to provide onsite support for events.
