Overview
Job Functions
· Performs duties of employees within the program assigned.
· Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
· Coordinate and monitors work activities.
· Written reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
· Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
· Tracks equipment inventory, maintenance and repair.
· Tracks supplies inventory and maintained.
· Issue equipment and supplies.
· Monitors employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
· Reports employee accidents, personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
· Corrects at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the supervisor immediately.
· Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
· Maintain records, i.e. training, inspections, data collection.
· Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments.
· Inspect all completed work for conformance to ABM and customer standards.
· Order and issue supplies and equipment.
· Train new workers and oversee on-going training of existing employees.
· Provide recommendation to Supervisor for disciplinary actions of performance deficiencies of staff.
· Train cleaning staff in proper cleaning duties and ensure their compliance with all regulations and policies.
· Make sure proper staffing levels are maintained and coordinate personnel requisitions with Supervisor
· Work with Supervisor on the maintenance of payroll records and personnel performance.
· Fill in for employees who are out for sick leave or vacation.
· Be “on-call” on a rotating basis, for weekend and late night emergency duty.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
· One to three months’ related experience and/or training; High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Ability to read and understand simple instructions and short messages.
· Ability to give information and effectively communicate one-on-one, with clients, employee’s co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers.
· May be required to be forklift certified.
· Previous supervisory experience desired but not required.
· High school graduate or equivalent GED, preferred but not required.
· Must be able to perform regular property inspections for several hours a day.
· Must have ability to operate machinery required for duties according to safety standards.
· Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties, including maneuvering, pushing, bending and lifting of equipment and materials (minimum of 20 lbs).
· Valid Driver’s License to operate company or personal vehicles.
