The Assistant Director of Admissions (ADOA) supports the Director of Enrollment by overseeing the day-to-day operations of an enrollment advising team. This leader is responsible for guiding advisors to support prospective learners through the application process, ensure quality service, and meet institutional enrollment goals.
You will:
Lead and develop a team of Enrollment Advisors, providing regular coaching and support
Conduct training and live/recorded call reviews to strengthen communication and advising skills
Monitor application progress, advisor engagement, and team productivity
Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and learner experience
Maintain accurate reporting, oversee time and attendance
Support ethical and compliant enrollment practices that reflect the University’s mission
You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree (required)
5+ years in Enrollment, Admissions, or related advising/operations work
3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Proven success in driving performance through coaching and team development
Experience in higher education or a regulated, mission-driven environment
Comfort with systems and reporting (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and accountability habits

Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.
