About this role:Wells Fargo's Generative AI Product and Solutions Engineering Organization is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to be responsible for ensuring that Generative AI (Gen AI) projects are meticulously tracked and reported on during the ideation, development, and deployment phases. This role involves collecting and reporting metrics to senior leadership, including Return on Investment (ROI) metrics, and escalating any project or implementation risks associated with the implementation of Gen AI use cases.
In this role, you will:- Project Tracking and Reporting: Ensure that all Gen AI projects are tracked and reported on during ideation, development, and deployment phases
- Metrics Collection and Reporting: Collect and report metrics to senior leadership, including ROI metrics, to provide insights into the performance and impact of Gen AI projects
- Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and manage any project or implementation risks associated with the implementation of Gen AI use cases
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, data science, and business units, to ensure seamless project execution
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and metrics
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Gen AI project management
Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in the technology or AI domain
- Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Experience in collecting and reporting ROI metrics
- Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Familiarity with Wells Fargo Enterprise Change Management
- Experienced with Confluence and JIRA

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
