What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Managing plant budgets and optimizing cost control measures.
Leading and developing a team of plant employees to achieve performance goals.
Collaborating with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
