What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership potential.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions.

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
