What does a successful Implementation Analyst do?
An Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in the success of new client implementations for Account Processing. You will be responsible for the installation of new products or product updates, technical product training, and client support throughout the implementation process. This role is essential in enhancing our clients' operational efficiency, helping them align with regulations, minimize risk, and gain new business insights with our comprehensive bank platforms.
What you will do:
- Perform remote and/or on-site software implementations and provide follow-up product support for Fiserv’s clients via telephone, email, and web-based contact channels.
- Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services.
- Thoroughly track, organize, and document all product implementation and support-related activities.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of User documentation (hardware/software requirements, end-user technical information, internal procedures, etc.) as needed.
- Develop and maintain a full grasp of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and standard methodologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing projects, client support roles, or the IT service industry.
- Basic understanding of data communications and LAN/WAN.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 2+ years of strong analytical problem-solving ability.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server operating systems, physical and virtual environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions.
- Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%, as needed.
- Occasionally required to work evenings and weekends.
