What does a successful Product Director, Benefit Acceptance do at Fiserv?
You will be a leader of Emerging Data and Omni-channel Commerce for Carat and will have the primary responsibility for setting the electronic benefit transfer (EBT) product direction and executing roadmap on the delivery of our next generation data as a service and Omni-channel capabilities for large corporate clients. You will have responsibility to identify and deliver on solutions that help our Omni-channel clients leveraging Fiserv’s data assets to create better consumer experiences and optimize payments. You will work closely with clients and client teams to drive success in the EBT space.
What you will do:
Steer strategy and vision for our portfolio of Benefit Acceptance solutions.
Lead and deliver large strategic products that solve client problems in the areas of Benefit Acceptance from idea to commercialized product.
Develop and champion new investments and capabilities through the Business Case approval process.
Lead and champion commercialization and go-to-market activities for next-gen capabilities.
Support sales activities to drive initial client adoption.
Provide subject matter expertise to clients and client teams to drive success and internal and external client satisfaction.
Orchestrate across product, technology, operations, client relationship and sales teams to design, develop, and execute on product/programs.
Collaborate with technology partners to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of the program.
Provide regular status and progress communications to relevant Stakeholders.
What you will need to have:
High School graduate/GED.
10 years’ experience across product, technology, and business operations.
Working knowledge of merchant acceptance and digital/E-commerce solutions, especially emerging payment experiences, POS payment systems, and Omni-channel solution delivery.
Thorough knowledge of State, and Federal electronic benefit programs
What would be great to have:
Bachelors degree
Proven experience delivering large projects/programs across multiple functional areas, especially in a highly matrix environment.
Knowledge of Fiserv systems.
