Program Summary
The KBR UABOS Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT – INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Moron Air Base in Spain. These services are delivered to support the 39th Air Base Wing, mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. The program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of UABOS and its associated units.
Job Summary
TheUABOS (Turkey) WRM AGE/GSEScheduler will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and reporting on the maintenance of AGE/GSE War Reserve Materiel (WRM) assets. You will oversee daily, semi-annual, and annual maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with Air Force regulations, and maintain complete equipment visibility through key data systems. Your work will directly support aircraft readiness and mission execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and scheduledaily, semi-annual, and annual maintenancefor WRM-assigned AGE/GSE assets in accordance with Air Force Technical Orders (TOs) and AFIs.
Track and update the status of all AGE/GSE assets usingIMDS, DPAS, and the Transaction Request Tool (TRT).
Generate and submitdaily and recurring Equipment Status Reportsas required by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Monitor and maintain accurate production control documentation and service history for all assigned equipment.
Oversee additional requirements forNuclear Certified Equipment, ensuring compliance with AFI 63-125.
Manage parts forecasting, ordering, and due-in-for-maintenance (DIFM) tracking using DPAS, Due-Out Validation listings, and Base Supply systems.
Maintain a comprehensive file plan in accordance withAFRIMSand document retention standards.
Providemonthly trend analysis and root cause assessmentsto identify and mitigate repeat maintenance issues.
Serve as a customer service liaison between production support and both government and company personnel.
Drive government or company vehicles as needed for logistics or equipment inspection duties.
Perform all duties in accordance withUSAF safety standards, TOs, and nuclear surety policies.
All other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Driver’s License (minimum “C” Class)
Must be fluent in English.
Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
Must hold and active DoD secret clearance or be able to obtain this clearance prior to deployment and must maintain such clearance for the duration of employment in this role.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in AGE/GSE Production Control, Support Equipment Maintenance, or similar logistics/administration roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Demonstrated knowledge of budget control, purchasing, parts tracking, and supply chain coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity withUSAF AGE WRM maintenance programsand theNuclear Surety Program.
Prior experience working in deployed or OCONUS military logistics environments.
Understanding of USAF standards for aircraft support and readiness.
