The franchised Ramada by Wyndham location in Regina, Saskatchewan is seeking a Guest Service Manager (Franchise) to join its team at the Ramada Plaza Downtown.
The Role
A Guest Services Manager in a hotel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing front desk staff, and resolving guest complaints. They also play a crucial role in developing and implementing guest service policies and procedure
What you'll do
The Guest Services Manager will oversee operations and personnel of the Guest Services department in order to provide high-quality customer service and satisfaction to guests.
They will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all guest needs are met with a professional and courteous approach
- Handling any guest concerns or complaints
- Identifying and resolving any service-related issues
- Promoting hotel amenities and services
You'll be successful if you have
Oversee day-to-day operations in the hotel Schedule and oversee front office staff, including receptionists, concierges, and valets Evaluate staff performance as they interact with guests Resolve customer complaints Coordinate with our housekeeping and sales managers Assist with guest services tasks as needed
