About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a
Senior Sponsorship Governance and Operations Consultant. This role will review proposals for sponsorship and will have to interpret policies and prescribed criteria that might require escalation. This role is part of the
Marketing team under
Public Affairs.
Job Expectations:- Understand compliance and risk management requirements for Sponsorship Governance Operations. This will include participating in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operation
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies
- Collaborate with various partners, stakeholders, and senior leaders with reporting requests and ad-hoc analysis and less complex research
- Review internal/external inquiries and requests for the sponsorship governance team
- Evaluate marketing packages based on sponsorship submissions
- Partner with groups within Wells Fargo including Brand Partners, Foundation Partners and Global Pre-Clearance team
- Help manage and Interact with third parties
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing third parties
- Records management experience
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
- Proficient in MS Office including experience creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports to help tell the story to stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:- Ability to work a hybrid schedule working on-site at stated location on the job opening

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
