About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Corporate Insurance Consultant
In this role, you will:- Lead complex initiatives including managing exposure identification analysis, risk mitigation, financing, claims programs and processes with broad impact
- Act as the subject matter expert for Corporate Insurance
- Analyze complex exposures to accidental loss, analysis of the possibility of loss and the potential loss impact to develop complex risk treatments
- Make decisions in retention, limits, financial impact, accounting, and tax implications of claims management policies, programs and related systems
- Influence and lead risk insurance to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with outside counsel and third party agencies
- Manage brokerage agreements and relationships with insurers worldwide
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Corporate Insurable Risk Management, Risk Management Consulting, Property or Casualty Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on insurance data
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance or risk ability to independently provide summaries and make strategic recommendations
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, including Excel, skills
- 5+ years Commercial/Multifamily insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of GSE multifamily servicing guidelines
- Force-Place insurance experience
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
