In this role, you will:- Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
- Develop business requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
- Create/manage project plans
- Work with key partners on project priority and scope
- Coordinate appropriate meetings
- Communicate status to project team and the customer
- Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
- Ensure that project tasks are completed according to established timelines
- Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Treasury Management experience in service or implementation
Desired Qualifications:- 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
- Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Job Expectations:- Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance

Pay Range: El Monte, CA: $60,800-108,200
All other areas: $55,300-98,300
- May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
