The TFS Information and Digital Systems (IDS) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivatedOperations Manager (COE) .COE Operations Manager primary responsibility is to work with the National Manager, Application Management Services (AMS) Operationson vendor management, budget management, strategic direction and Operations communication. The Operations Manager is well-educated in the Application Management space with a Kaizen mindset. This role is the conduit between finance, business, domains, AMS teams. This role will work closely with our key business partners, technical and production teams, and third-party vendors. An OperationsManager must be motivated High-level interpersonal skills are required to motivate and influence in often challenging situations with excellent communication skills.
