Job Description Summary
The Workplace Experience Branding Designer will provide branding / graphic design support and expertise to workplace design for all locations in North America and ‘rest of world’ of our client’s real estate portfolio. This will include projects in all property types (HQ offices, field offices, plants, warehouses, DCs) under new design and renovation, and existing facilities requiring workplace design. The position will adhere to the Workplace Guidelines 7.1. The role will interface with the internal client real estate team, associates from various functions, and external business partners including architects, general contractors and branding vendors. This role will work with and support the client’s workplace strategy and design team (WSD), and will work on new designs, and renovations in place.
Responsibilities
Job Description
- Provide branding design expertise to projects and existing locations
- Support the WSD team with branding design, across all office types in the client’s portfolio
- Adhere to WG 7.1 and local building codes
- Oversight of external branding partners
- Ensuring consistency in branding design across locations
Requirements
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Creative and innovative thinking. Ability to come up with original ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work with individuals of all levels within the organization
Important experience and education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience in branding and marketing
- Portfolio showcasing previous branding projects
TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES
- Design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
- Communication tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
