About Your Role:
As a Network Infrastructure Analyst, you can look forward to immersing yourself in a complex global environment, having the opportunity to work with multiple network technologies including routing, switching, SDWAN, firewall, load-balancing, and automation. Your primary responsibilities include incident response/troubleshooting, and break/fix engineering for a large-scale global network/security infrastructure.
What you'll do:
- Support a global enterprise multi-vendor network consisting of 20,000+ Network and Security Devices
- Provide advanced level troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve network/security related incidents across a wide array of technologies and platforms
- Engage, drive and escalate issues with multiple network/security vendors related to incident management
- Assist with client testing/troubleshooting, new implementations and disaster recovery testing
Experience you'll need to have:
- 4+ years of overall IT experience, ideally in a Network Operations or Engineering role
- 1+ year experience and knowledge of LAN/WAN technology and protocols, including but not limited to BGP, EIGRP, HTTP, FTP, TCP, and Spanning Team
- 1+ year of experience diagnosing and resolving complex network switching and routing issues
- 1+ year of experience configuring and independent troubleshooting of Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Versa switches and routers
- 1+ year of experience with enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Juniper, and Checkpoint) and load balancing (F5, Citrix NetScaler)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients, vendors, engineers, and managers at various levels
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple incidents with potentially competing priorities
- Collaborate well with others on a global team to solve problems and actively incorporate input from multiple sources
- Self-motivated and able to think outside the box with a strong desire to learn and grow

- This role will work either the front half (Sun-Tues, e/o Wed) or back half of the week (Thurs-Sat, e/o Wed), 3-4 days/week for 12-hour shifts
- This role requires flexibility to work overtime that includes weekends and holidays
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment
