Cath Lab Technologist II
The posted compensation range of $35.28 - $51.16 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
- Operates the radiographic equipment utilizing radiation safety procedures
- Operates physiologic recorder/database system with expertise recognizing
arrhythmias and normal/abnormal waveforms - Operates manifold, power injector, and other support equipment (VCR, ACT machines, oximeters, and transport monitors)
Qualifications
Required Licensure and Certifications:
- Associate's Degree
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
(RCIS) - American Heart Association BLS certification
- ACLS
Required Experience:
- Minimum five (3) year clinical experience in a hospital setting
Cath Lab Tech II
Working in our fast-moving Cath Lab certainly offers a variety of clinical challenges to Cath Lab Techs who choose this clinical area. We love techs who can wear many hats and think quickly on their feet while providing the best patient care! The Cath Lab Tech II performs duties of circulating, scrub, and monitoring of invasive cardiology procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of all invasive procedures, the equipment and supplies for each procedure, and indications for performing each procedure
