Primary Responsibilities
• As Learning Management System Administrator:
o Develop and maintain published eLearning content using Articulate Storyline software.
o Lead cross-functional groups to create or update eLearning content and meet the delivery goals as set by the departments.
o Create and maintain LMS administration documentation (how-to guides and job-aids)
o Support stakeholders who rely on the LMS system to distribute eLearning content
o Construct and optimize LMS SQL statements to automate custom eLearning content distribution.
o Quickly identify and resolve concerns from customers or associates, and escalate issues as needed to ensure quick resolution.
• As Senior iBuyEfficient Implementation Specialist:
o Perform weekly supplier catalog offer and custom report delivery processes.
o Provide internal support and closely collaborate with the eCommerce team to expedite set up and user access to ibuyefficient.com.
o Maintain knowledge and mastery of all department-approved software utilities: iBuyEfficient, iBAU, Articulate Storyline, eRM, Wrike, TraCorp.
o Assist with training and development of new eCommerce Department associates.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Assist with various company-wide projects, including UAT testing of iBE new features.
• Process iBuyEfficient setup change request in all required systems (Wrike, iBAU, CP, etc.)
• Assist all associated with LMS or technology related question or concerns.
• Promptly notify stakeholders of unit level issues through the established escalation process
• Wrike: Ensure tasks, hours logged, and progress checklists are updated consistently.

Work Environment. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role spends a large of portion of the time visiting customer and/or supplier facilities which could include loading dock and/or warehouse environments.
Physical Demands. This is largely a sedentary role with some light lifting of files possibly needed.
