Serve as the right-hand to Regional Leader in oversight of performance within the region, with both a financial component and operational excellence component.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Identify underperforming assets, and work with Market Leader to define and implement improvement plans, creating accountability and transparency within the markets
  • Help drive adoption for CW initiatives that are both operational and strategic to the firm
  • Assist region leader in financial performance review of individual markets within the region inclusive of billing reports, workforce utilization/leakage reports, client accounting and employee allocation tracking
  • Act as key conduit to corporate partnerships for region leader to help escalate and work through challenges that require intervention outside of the region
  • Help in preparation and follow up items from monthly market calls and business development calls
  • Act as key escalation point for City Leaders & Operations market leaders for operational challenges.
  • Initial review of pricing and margin analysis on new business in K1
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested.
  • Freedom to determine the methods to be used to fullfill the position's responsibilities and how to accomplish desired goals and objectives.
  • May coordinate efforts of a project team to complete work within project deadlines.
  • Provides solutions to routine and complex problems.

Important Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Important Experience

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years of Management experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time. They must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly operate office machinery. The employee must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration. The employee must demonstrate the ability to exert up to 25 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds frequently, and/or up to 25 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $148,750.00 - $175,000.00
