We are seeking a Senior Creative Strategy Lead with a passion for content marketing and brand storytelling. This role goes beyond traditional creative direction—it’s about helping shape the strategic vision behind our content and campaigns. You will be an integral part of a team of creatives while partnering closely with marketing and business stakeholders to develop compelling, insight-driven content strategies that elevate the Johnson Controls brand and drive measurable impact. This position is hybrid at our Glendale, WI office and reports to the Group Creative Director in Cork, Ireland. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, content marketing focus, team leadership, creative direction, cross-functional collaboration, thought leadership, quality assurance, and resource management. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field, minimum 7 years in creative strategy or related fields with leadership experience, strong portfolio, proficiency in creative tools, and excellent communication skills. Preferred experience includes in-house creative agency or global brand environment and familiarity with motion design and digital content ecosystems. The role is part of the Global Creative team, the in-house creative agency for Johnson Controls, focused on delivering creative excellence and supporting the company’s strategic goals through collaboration and innovation.
