Work Arrangement:
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Austin, TX or Warren, MI three times a week, at minimum.

As a Sr. Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be tasked with setting strategy to identify professionals with critical skills, specialized one-of-a-kind niche leadership abilities, and find robust diverse talent. This role requires a hands-on player who will use sound project management skills to complete tasks and assess progress to goal as one of the primary sourcing points of contact to the Talent Acquisition team and selected hiring leaders.
- Sourcing Strategy Development. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and business needs specifically around: Battery Cell Engineering, Battery Cell Development, Battery Cell Testing & Validation, Specialty Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Autonomous Mobile Robots.
- Use data insights to create sourcing strategies for niche skills, diversity, and critical leadership abilities, collaborating with the entire Talent Acquisition team and corresponding hiring managers.
- Candidate Research and mapping. Conduct market research and talent mapping to create targeted talent research lists, building and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Engage with candidates to understand interest, assess their qualifications, and build strong relationships for future opportunities.
- Partner with and actively build collaborative relationships with recruiters, TA leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teammates.
- Reporting on metrics of sourcing activities for the assigned skillset area, including KPIs and ROI analysis throughout the search.
- Influence and educate the business leaders and HR leaders through data, acting as Talent Acquisition's trusted coach and guide.
- Actively research and build diverse skills and qualified pipelines to fill openings and proactively map the leadership market on the required functions and roles.
- Create outstanding experiences for candidates and internal partners by personalizing interactions and maintaining integrity and timely responses.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent movements, and competitive landscape to anticipate talent needs.
