Summary
The Lead L&D Project Manager will focus on end-to-end project management of complex and large-scale initiatives, aligning L&D strategies with company goals, and delivering results through effective cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should bring a blend of advanced project management expertise, strategic thinking, and experience organizing learning for large matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-faceted L&D projects and processes from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop project plans with clear timelines, objectives, milestones, and risk management strategies
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the impact of L&D initiatives
- Organize stakeholder alignment sessions to gather input, set expectations, and secure commitment to project objectives
- Serve as the primary project point of contact for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring open communication and transparency
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants when needed for projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
- Prepare readouts on project progress, achievements, and lessons learned
- Manage Change Management processes that ensure smooth adoption of new learning initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field strongly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant project management strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an L&D role/function strongly preferred
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- PMP or other project management certification preferred
- Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with project management software is required
- Jira and Power BI preferred experience strongly preferred
