- Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of fleet telematics systems, ensuring accurate data collection and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to telematics systems and develop solutions to address fleet-related challenges.
- Generate telematics data analysis reports and provide recommendations to improve fleet efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
- Assist with fleet invoicing tasks, including allocating VMRS (Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards) codes, processing CAPEX invoices, and ensuring data accuracy in billing.
- Ensure the appropriate preventative maintenance schedule is followed for fleet vehicles and maintain accurate documentation of all repair and maintenance events.
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment shipping, installation, and timely replacement of telematics systems with minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide training and ongoing support to fleet and field personnel on the effective use of telematics systems and maintenance protocols.
- Maintain all monthly performance metrics at or above established goals.
- Support a positive work environment by demonstrating a willingness to assist others and maintaining good communication with colleagues and management.
- Respond positively to change, offer suggestions for improvements, and remain calm under pressure.
- Complete assignments with a high level of quality service, meeting goals and overcoming obstacles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical education is a plus.
