The candidate will be primarily responsible for creating and analyzing reports to identify issues and develop solutions. Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity to deliver accurate and efficient reporting solutions for our clients, team, and other service lines. This position directly supports the Corporate Service team's clients and brokerage accounts by implementing processes and validation measures aligned with the organization's finance team.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Provides key support and insight to the finance team for financial analysis and monthly reporting.
Maintain a dynamic property directory as the client’s portfolio changes; update statuses, attributes, and facility contact workflows.
Interacts closely with various other functions i.e. facilities, leasing, procurement, and external vendors to enable process improvements and accurate reporting.
Reviews and actively monitors vendor statements to develop systems to ensure invoices are valid, paid, and processed on time.
Review and allocate comprehensive invoices for various properties across the portfolio; liaise with vendors and procurement to ensure accuracy.
Identify risks and opportunities to company operations specific to both business and financial results.
Gather and report cost savings across multiple service lines.
Completes ad hoc projects and reports and manages smaller initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years experience in analysis, reporting and decision support
Degree in business, accounting, property management, or technology preferred
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering solutions to complex business opportunities
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints as well as handle several tasks simultaneously required
Strong teamwork ethic, positive proactive flexible attitude ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to learn to take on new tasks
Ability to assess granular level details to facilitate strategic high-level decision-making
Must be self-driven and highly motivated
Advanced skillset in Excel required, with experience in MQuery preferred
Familiar with building Smartsheets and PowerBI dashboards a plus
