A successful Program Manager at Fiserv oversees and manages strategic programs, partnering independently with the leadership team to anticipate and solve problems while mitigating risks. They lead various cross-functional programs, including business initiatives, new ventures, client projects, and partnerships, providing problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
What you will do:
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned programs and key initiatives across FIG Tech teams and Fiserv divisions.
- Define key performance metrics, dashboards, and management reporting to evaluate effectiveness and drive transformational efforts.
- Collaborate with Leaders to establish regular cadences and execute on initiatives, maximizing the Delivery Optimization Model (DOM) to increase overall operational productivity.
- Manage Program Review presentations and updates to the Leadership Team.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Project/Program Management in a related industry.
- 4+ years of experience in effectively driving the delivery of products to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
