Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a candidate an expatriate assignment in
Halli, Finland.The role is a Quality Control Analyst Stf, supporting the Finland coproducer in the standup and manufacturing of F-35 Forward Fuselage. The role will begin by no later than October 2025 and will focus on standup phase. Primary work location will be Halli, Finland but expect a small percentage at the LM office in Tampere, Finland. This role will provide expertise in F-35 Quality Systems which will enable successful operations throughout the facility as Co-Producer begins production and shifts to enable ramp to full rate. The objective of this role to aid the co-producer with communication of their knowledge and expertise with the F-35 product. This role will focus on providing technical assistance to inspectors, quality engineers, and quality leadership.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting with continuous improvement activities, performing surveillance oversight, providing necessary engineering drawings, specifications, production planning, VAS & Catia models, AEIs, AEAs, etc, and training of Co-Producer Quality personnel.
- Ensure adherence to AS9110 and other statutory requirements by conducting annual quality management process and product audits.
- Initiate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) when required and assist the Co-Producer Quality Management team with Root Cause Corrective Action activities and approve Corrective Action Plans.
Successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate and implement best practices and lessons learned to enable the Co-Production team to create a quality product on schedule. The candidate must be willing to periodically work alternate shifts. F-35 experience or other co-producer standup experience required. Direct Forward Fuselage experience a plus.
Basic Qualifications:- Required F-35 technical experience in Prod Ops or Quality.
- Experience performing product surveillance
and/or process surveillance activities.
- Working knowledge in F-35 tools such as QADS,
PDM, VAS, JDL, and AMS9000.
- Experience using problem solving and root
cause corrective action (RCCA) methods and
tools.
Desired Skills:- Previous experience working with an
international supplier or customer.
- Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-domain team
- F-35 FWD Fuselage direct experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
