About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant in the
Customer Remediation Center of Excellence supporting the Solution Validation

Primary responsibilities for this role include utilizing database knowledge and
business process to perform advanced data analysis to accurately test and
validate data related to customer remediation application enhancements,
exploratory analytics research, amongst other solutions developed to remediate
and/or identify customer impact. These roles will support Home Lending, Credit
Cards, Auto, Deposit/Banking, Data Operations and Personal Loans and Lines.
In this role, you will:- Explore, evaluate, design, test and validate high level regulatory remediations strategies, quality and data.
- Provide up-front data discovery and analytics supporting Remediation Analytics, as well as defining and implementing data strategies for new remediations.
- Advise line of business and more experienced leadership on business strategies based on research and data analysis findings.
- Create and contribute to the development of analytic testing strategies to address multiple impact scenarios, working independently to resolve data across complicated data sources.
- Provide end-to-end ownership of analysis efforts including requirement intake validation, code development, documenting test plan development and testing results.
- Mentor or manage less experienced staff, interns, and external contractors.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 3+ years of SQL and/or SAS experience.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business. needs Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
