In this role, you will:- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience with GitHub Actions
- 2+ years of experience in Kubernetes
- 4+ years of experience in Java, Application Programming Interface (API) development, and Spring framework
- 1+ year of experience with public Cloud platform: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure
Desired Qualifications:- 4+ years of software engineering experience in Javascript
- 1+ year of software engineering experience in NodeJS
- Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and GitHub Copilot
- Experience utilizing Python to automate complex manual tasks
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range:- New Jersey - Iselin Pay Range: $92,400 - $164,400 USD annual
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
