About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst within WIM Lending. Wealth and Investment Management ("WIM") is a leading full service, US wealth management business with over $2 trillion in client assets, 3 million clients and 12,500 financial advisors. WIM is one of the five core lines of Business at Wells Fargo and represents 20% of firm-wide revenue. This role is part of the WIM Finance team and will support WIM's Mortgage portfolio and financial reporting
In this role, you will:- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives as a technical professional
- Provide a broad expertise and unique skills used to develop company objectives and standards
- Contribute to large scale planning such as economic research in support of management decision making for a business unit
- Research key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasting
- Perform work on significant and unique issues involving data and evaluation or highly complex situations
- Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
- Lead team to meet the implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of business
- Establish effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standard and internal control standards
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Prior experience supporting a wealth, consumer or commercial lending business.
- Embrace change in a manner that mitigates risk and organizational confusion
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to coherently present complex financial topics tailored to all audience.
- Knowledge of BI tools Essbase, and/or Tableau.

. Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
