About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant with strong Cloud experience.
This position is within the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) and will report to the Configuration Management leader. This organization supports the development and management of configuration management practices for the organization. The Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant will work with other Business System Consultants and business partners to implement and automate where possible Configuration Management best practices across the organization.
This position provides leadership for team members, stakeholders, and all business units in the development/implementation of practices and processes for enterprise-wide IT Asset management, configuration management, CMDB CSDM relationships, the assessment/approval of systems changes, and escalation management for issues. Further, this position will ensure that as new technology is introduced or other technology is retired, the program smoothly incorporates or divests those technologies in all related processes and documentation. This position is the caretaker of the configuration management repository and associated documentation. This work is of a highly complex nature requiring broad technical knowledge of applications, infrastructure and Software Development Lifecycle Management, as well as the implementation of effective processes for ensuring data quality governance and policy compliance for these solutions.
In this role, you will:- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams by leading and managing key relationships
- Own and help mature systems integration oversight to achieve performance expectations
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Desired Qualifications:- Service Now systems development and/or design experience
- Strong Cloud experience
- Common Sense Data Model (CSDM)
- Operational governance experience
- Service Asset and Configuration Management experience
