ABM is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Vice President - Assistant Treasurer to support the Treasurer in managing the organization’s treasury operations. This role will be a key contributor in developing and executing he company’s capital structure and allocation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a diverse array of technical treasury expertise, including managing relationships for large bank syndication groups, experience with various financing structures and optimizing daily cash and liquidity. The candidate will also have strong leadership abilities to lead a treasury team and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts in the structuring, execution, and management of the company’s capital structure and allocations
- Serving as a point of contact, manage and develop existing bank syndication relationships that fund existing $2.2 billion credit facility and ensure compliance with covenants and reporting requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange exposures.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth while developing and mentoring a team of two treasury professionals.
- Oversee daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, and short-term liquidity planning and reporting across the company
- Manage treasury systems, bank platforms, and internal controls.
- Ensure treasury policies and procedures are effective, up-to-date, and compliant with internal and external standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CTP preferred.
- 10-12 years of progressive treasury and corporate finance experience, preferably in a large publicly traded organization.
- Demonstrated experience with debt capital markets and debt issuance processes.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and interact with senior leadership, banks, and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Kyriba, etc.) a plus.

Pay: $188,769 - $269,670
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
