What does a successful Sales Executive, Core Account Processing do? As a Sales Executive in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) division at Fiserv, you will drive efforts to expand and grow Fiserv’s market share and presence by executing business and value-driven solution sales activities. This quota-carrying position is responsible for selling core account processing products, leveraging industry knowledge to develop long-term client relationships based on mutual value and trust. You will play a crucial role in positioning Fiserv solutions to meet client needs and contribute to their business success.
What you will do:
- Generate leads and drive profitable revenue by selling Fiserv solutions within designated territories or assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies, tactics, and account plans to identify, qualify, and secure new clients to meet sales targets.
- Manage the sales process effectively and rapidly, including qualification of prospects, assessing potential client needs, presenting Fiserv solutions, and closing business.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships, utilizing contacts to expand account coverage and create demand.
- Develop strategies to influence key decision-makers within client organizations and secure funding for future customer initiatives.
- Propose new value-add solutions through unsolicited proposals to create customer demand and measure the impact of business improvements.
- Build internal and external industry networks to stay current on industry trends and articulate Fiserv’s value in context with emerging market trends.
- Maintain prompt and accurate sales pipeline forecasting in the eCRM system.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of direct selling experience in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) industry.
- Proven record of consistently attaining quota.
- 8+ years of experience in solution sales within information technology, including client-facing and back-office technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

- Sales planning and execution skills including building pipeline, qualifying prospects, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience in leading opportunity plans and understanding client buying processes.

- Ability to establish rapport based on professionalism and active listening skills.
