Description:We are Lockheed MartinYou will be the manager of the Core Accounting department at Lockheed Martin Logistics Services (LMLS). Our team has a wide range of different responsibilities.
Help set and maintain department budgets for LMLS.
Works closely with site human resources to collect and report on proper labor charging and payroll services to our contracts.
Manages all travel accounting for the site, which includes auditing expense reports, raising travel card limits and providing guidance to employees on what is allowable and reimbursable.
Leads the capital planning process for the LMLS site, which include fixed asset accounting.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Knowledge or experience with labor/payroll systems.
Knowledge of budget setting and managing monthly OH for the LMLS segment.
Experience with working with both DCAA and EY auditors.
Desired Skills:Masters Degree in Finance or CPA, working knowledge of FAR, DFAR and CAS principles.
Knowledge and experience with the OneAero financial system, My Time Card and Autotime labor distribution system.
Experience with SAP and working with IT organizations to maximize financial system efficiency.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
